  • 2 years as General Line Salesman for Michigan Cat.  Professional techniques doubled market share in 24 months.
Profit/Loss Management
  • 10 years as General Manager of Michigan Cat's Northern Division.  This $39 million division employed 55 people (7 salespeople).
  • During this extended period created a well defined accounting ledger to precisely manage/analyze each division's P/L.  Inevitably, this made Michigan Cat a more profit driven company.
Entrepreneurial
  • Last 5 years aided Redi-Rock International as a start up company, helping to achieve tremendous growth in sales.  Personal territory includes 30 states and 7 Canadian provinces.  Within this same territory 60 independent Redi-Rock dealers sell the Big Block retaining wall look.
